The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. A front and back porch with beautiful views to drink a cup of coffee, read a book or relax! Benham Schoolhouse

Take a quiet vacation at this fully renovated historical schoolhouse built in the 1800's. It offers an open floorplan with a loft area where the four twin beds are located *can be made more private by closing the barn doors. There is two full bathrooms, a large kitchen area, living space, dining space, and an open area we can set up to be used for craft activities or other activities upon request. It also has a Halo air purification system, stopping virus particles to travel through the HVAC.

Our charming loft has three floor-to-ceiling windows, exposed brick walls, decorative tile in the full bath, and hints of the original ceilings throughout. It's comfortable, with oversized furniture and modern touches. The original staircase entrance is worth the climb to this cozy space. Walk to local boutiques, pubs, and restaurants. Enjoy being in the center of everything Marshall has to offer.

Need a quiet, secluded getaway? Our off-grid cabin is on approximately 10 acres of private woods. As you turn off the main road into our cabin's driveway, you will begin to understand why this is our hidden gem. Enjoy the coziness of a wood-stove in the winter or a crackling fire in seclusion in the summer- this little getaway cabin is sure to create fond memories. Maybe you will hear the horned owl at night or see an eagle while you kayak. Your adventure or a peaceful vacation awaits.

Madison Street Place

An entire older home nestled in a historic district with a beautiful view, quiet and private. Cozy for two, spacious for six. A lush backyard invites a rest on the deck. There are three upstairs bedrooms (two queen, one king) and full bath and a second full bath in the basement. A 4-block walk to a vibrant main street with lots of restaurants. The main floor has full kitchen, internet, living and dining rooms with a beautiful sunroom. There is no bed or bath on the main floor.

This two bed two bath home is very new and fresh with brand new high-end furniture. From the 65” TV to the gas fire pit on the patio overlooking the small creek and woods you won’t feel more relaxed.
