Outside you will find extensive decks, private river access, and exquisite landscaping. The property borders the National Forest with exclusive trail access leading to your own private swimming holes. You will enjoy your own unique view of the world famous Keddie Wye. This 2 bedroom cottage is located above our garage. It's peaceful and quiet in our neighborhood. We offer 2 brand new beds and cozy bedding. The view at night is amazing. Sometimes it appears that you can touch the stars. The kitchen is fully stocked and if you need something extra just let us know. The best part is our location we are close to everything. We will not cancel your reservation our cottage is your own personal space it will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized

Indian Valley Cottage (Retreat)

This is a 570 sq ft building with BR, BA and living area. It is located in beautiful Indian Valley. Lots of wildlife including deer, turkey, bear, and geese. The Kitchenette has a coffee and tea maker, refrigerator, hot plate, electric skillet and microwave, and should have enough tools for you to make simple meals. I also provide a grill on the patio, some outdoor furniture so guests may enjoy coffee, tea, in the morning or another beverage while watching the stars at night.

Our cabin is in a very quiet area. Surrounded by hundreds of acres of cattle farms. The view is of fields and mountains, sky, and pine trees. The cabin is very private with your own entrance. A lot of parking and also a trailer space. This will be perfect for a single person or a couple. Great area to ride bikes, go golfing, even a pickleball/tennis court not far. Also not far from lakes and hiking. Please no pets.

Gold, Trains, Ghosts and Rock'n'Roll A short walk to the Feather River and the best sand beach on the river! Swimming, kayaking, and fishing are all available in the area. Hiking, horseback riding, off road trails for hundreds of miles.
