Situated in the sunshine paradise of Central Papamoa, it is close to Papamoa Beach, Mt Maunganui, Bayfair Shopping Centre, Papamoa Plaza, Baypark Stadium and Motorway. It has its own entrance and has its own outdoor shaded area and pool. The pool is for paying guests only. Local eateries such as Pearl Kitchen, Good Home, BlueBiYou and Fresh Choice are close by.

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. The Pool House is a self contained guest house sharing a property with a family house. It has its own private entrance & a parking space. It has a Queen bed, bathroom & basic kitchen. Also TV with Netflix & free wifi. (Note kitchen only has fridge, microwave, air fryer, mini oven, hot plate and kettle. There is a BBQ outside the room you can also use) An ideal spot for a Mount Maunganui getaway!

One bedroom beach cottage. 1 min walk to the park, 3 min to surf beach and boardwalk, 10 min walk to supermarket, restaurants and cafes. Park the car, and chill out in the centrally located cottage. Smart TV, large modern bathroom and super comfy bed. Please note that the kitchenette includes airfryer / microwave / toaster. Please note the cottage is at the back of the property, facing the rear of the main house which is tenanted.
