Here's your chance to stay in a great apartment by the world renowned BIG architects. Sunrise (bedroom) and sunset (balcony) "B.I.G. architectural studio" appartment in Ørestaden Here is your unique chance to stay in an architectural icon in Copenhagen, designed by the world famous BIG studio. I'm a frequent traveller, and when away from home I offer up my spacey and contemporary apartment on the 6th floor (The apartment is in three levels) close to Ørestad/Bella Center Metro station. The total size of the apartment is 117 m2. The apartment is "open plan" or New York loft style, with windows from floor to ceiling. Light is pouring in from sunset to sundown. The apartment accomodates 5 people, but an (air)mattress can be arranged, if you need room for more: Two people at the top level – three people on the lower level. The middle level (entry level) consists of a living room and kitchen in open plan. LOWER LEVEL: Brand new DUX 414 continental king size bed 180 x 200 with duvets and bedding of Oeko-Tex standard. You won't get a better nights sleep anywhere! You have a choice of a double duvet or two separate duvets.The room is seperated from the rest of the apartment by a closed staircase and the bathroom is right next door. The room has an extra bed. UPPER LEVEL: Queen size futon (140 x 200) directly on the floor japanese style. As with the bed on the lower floor all duvets and bedding is of Oeko-Tex standard of the highest quality. You also have a choice of a double duvet or two separate duvets. My guests has free access to the bath room at the lower level, a large and spacy kitchen, with an eating place for 4-6 persons directly in front of the balcony. I offer facilities such as wireless Internet and I have a large collection of music (CD's on the upper level), and DVDs (middle level). Plenty to keep you entertained on a rainy day in Copenhagen ;-). For those with a graphic interest I have a big collection of graphic novels downstairs. THE AREA : The apartment is only a few minutes walk from the metro, which is operating 24 hours every day of the week. Ørestaden is a newly developed area with a huge shopping centre (Field's) and the protected natural area Amager Common is right at my doorstep making the area ideal for jogging/blading. The area consists of some of the most interesting contemporary architecture in Copenhagen. Also the metro connects you with central Copenhagen in 10 minutes 24-7. HOW TO GET THERE: From the airport: Take the train to ØRESTAD station (2 zones – 2 stops) and walk 5-10 minutes to my doorstep From the Central Station: Take the train to ØRESTAD station (2 zones – 1 stop) and walk 5-10 minutes to my doorstep How to get around: You have the option to use the Metro station BELLA CENTER or the Train station ØRESTED to get easily to any place in Copenhagen or Sweden. Both stations are within a short walking distance. Also you can rent bikes cheaply, and Copenhagen is great for biking with bike lanes eveywhere. I yself bike to and from work every day. . The spare guest room is upstairs Feel free to feel completely at home I travel extensively (It's my greatest passion) but when I'm home I go out of my way to give my guests the best stay in Copenhagen by providing maps and advice about my beautiful city. Some guests like privacy, and I will always respect that, but I'm always here if you need me. It's an architectural oasis surrounded by nature and within easy access to downtown via the 24 hour metro system. You get the best of two worlds. Great for running. Great for kids (the city park is full of little playgrounds). Great for lovers of unique architecture. The metro system runs every 2-5 minutes. 24-7! The train system connects you to the Airport - and then Sweden - on one side and the Copenhagen Central station (one stop only) in the other direction. It's a convenient base for exploring the entire region.

Bo på en magisk 150m2 husbåd midt i København med 360° udsigt til vand, egen badestige og 200 meter til metro. Skansehage er en 32 meter lang husbåd fra 1958 bygget i træ, nu forvandlet fra bilfærge til en flydende bolig. Mulighed for at bade både vinter og sommer. Store fordæk og agterdæk med urban farming, udespisning, og solbadning. Der er 5 meter til loftet inde med åbent leverum med køkken, spise og sofastue. Underdæk er der 2 kahytter og 1 master bedroom samt toilet, bad og musikscene.

Wonderful 3 bedroom apartment build on the water channels of Copenhagen close to the main central station, Copenhagen Mall and Tivoli. 3 seperate bedrooms. 1 bedroom with a king size bed, one bedroom with a queen size bed and one bedroom with a single bed and if needed one real bed mattress on the floor. Fully equiped with dishwasher, washer, dryer, refriguator etc. Beautiful big balcony with great view over the water. Note that this is our home, that we rent out when vacationing.

Our apartment is located at the heart of Copenhagen in the beautiful and popular neighborhood Vesterbro – close to Tivoli, the best restaurants, and some of the most charming shopping streets, you can find. One of these streets is called Værnedamsvej or "mini-Paris" due to its french vibe, and it has been named 'one of the coolest streets in the world' multiple times. This lovely street, the central station and the beautiful lakes are only 5 minutes away on foot. As easy as it gets :)

Awesome location at Christianshavn with private balcony . Feel like home in a cozy, well equipped apartment. The apartment is close to the citycenter of Copenhagen, Christiania and the beautiful canals. Christianhavn is full of life both during daytime and evening time. Lots of small cafes, restaurants and a plenty of nice green oasis as well. - Only crossing Knippelsbro and you are right in the citycenter and The Royal Theater, Nyhavn, Tivoli, and The little Mermaid .

The apartment is situated in walking distance from Christiania, Reffen, The Operahouse, and Christianshavn. There are several bus lines just outside the door as well as Amagerbro Metro st. (direct connections to CPH Airport, Kongens Nytorv, Nørreport St., Amager Strandpark (the beach), Den Blå Planet).
