Only 10-12 minutes from historic downtown, whether you like a gorgeous art museum or Mobile’s nightlife, you have access to everything! Only a short 4 minute walk to Medal of Honor park, 4 minute drive to the local neighborhood market and a short drive to diners and local food spots. Top Golf and Dave & Busters are only a short 6 minute drive! Couch recently replaced due to damage.

Centrally located in West Mobile. By Girby rd and Hillcrest ave area. Close to interstates I10 & I45. Under 5 miles to Pilot Catastrophe and USA university. Very clean and comfortable. Fully equipped. Friends and family gatherings are welcome, not big parties. Security cameras outside property. You will not be disappointed. No smoking or vaping allowed $150 fine. If any animal is detected, you will be asked to leave without reservation fee refund. Enjoy this beautiful and safe area home!

Cozy and quiet getaway close to Park & Bay

Cozy and quiet getaway, surrounded by plenty of green, nestled between McNally Park and Mobile Bay, walking minutes away from scenic views of Mobile Bay and the public park. There are boat ramps into Perch Creek as well as the Bay. The home is 45 Minutes away from Dauphin Island and its Gulf Coast beaches. Yet, city life and Mobile downtown are only 15 minutes away. The house was completely remodeled in 2023. If needed, 6 guests can be added by booking a second home on the same property.

Downtown (B) Historic Detonti Square District

This is a 1br 1 full bath apartment. It is on the second floor unit B. It is located downtown in the historic "DETONTI SQUARE" district. Very quiet with beautiful old homes and large oak trees. It is only 4 blocks from lively 'Dauphin Street' with all of the restaurants, bars and other activities. 1car max parking on property. Parking on street in front if needed. There is a self check in box at entry door, open and remove key. (You have to re-punch #’s to close the lock box door).

The Hippie Rose

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This little gem is a nature lovers paradise nestled in the woods on acreage with privacy. Sit on the front porch and watch the Koi swim in a pond located directly off the deck. Gaze out over the Gorgeous gardens planted for the birds and butterflies. There’s a Fire pit to enjoy right off the front porch and a green egg smoker for cooking. This cottage is an open concept floor plan with Skylights throughout with tons of natural lighting

Bedroom has one queen bed & can be closed off from kitchen & living room. House is new and within a fenced yard. It’s to the rear of owner’s home and backs up to a flower nursery. Very quiet. Great place to study, work online, or just relax. Swing on Front Porch. Pets for short term. No cats.
