Little lodge

The Little Lodge is located on a 7 acre gated estate in a wooded bedroom community south of the Village of Folsom. The lodge is on the property beside the main house facing an one acre horse paddock and overlooking a 3 acre pond, dock and gazebo. We are horse friendly. Attractions nearby include; Global Wildlife Center, an Alligator farm, the Bogue Chitto State Park, old town of Covington with antique shops, art galleries, and fine dining. We are only 45 miles from Downtown New Orleans. l

Enjoy the picturesque view at Over the Moon Farm, a bustling horse farm situated in the middle of 30 acres in Covington, LA north of New Orleans. A short drive from the farm will take you to Abita Springs, a quaint town with restaurants and the Abita Brewery, Old Covington filled with local shops and restaurants and several horse facilities nearby. The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. The Apartment on Main is a new apartment on the upper floor of an historic old historic building in Kentwood, La. that was recently renovated and restored. The lower floor houses "Wine on Main"; a beautiful wine bar and courtyard. The spacious apartment has two separate bedrooms-one with a king size bed and the other with a queen size bed, a full kitchen, beautiful bath with walk in shower and a washer and dryer.

We enjoyed building and furnishing this guest house and hope you find it a rejuvenating space. The cabin is great for a refreshing weekend getaway or as a home base while working or visiting in the area. Private location away from the road but less than ten minute drive to Tylertown.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located amid long-standing pines and across the road from Louisiana's only tea farm. This cabin features bunk-beds, a twin bed and a separate queen bedroom. Fish in the stocked pond or go ziplining across the pond! Canoes are also on site to paddle around on the pond. Hike our trails, play pool in loft, watch our smart tv or upon request take tour of tea farm across the street.
