Dogs welcome for a $75 pet fee per stay! Cats are NOT allowed due to allergy issues. $500 fine for parties or smoking.

We are located in the Jackson's Gap/Dadeville area of Lake Martin. Great location & convenient to everything! Boat ramp 1.5 miles away & there is room at the house to park your boat trailer! This unique cottage is a great getaway with ample parking for cars and boats. It is located 3 miles up the road from Paces Point boat ramp. New Waters church is 1-1/2 miles away. 30 minutes from Auburn and located centrally for all activities on the lake. 2 huge bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Two “locals choice” restaurants are within 2 miles and many more around this area of the lake. Our kitchen is a small efficiency WITHOUT a dishwasher but has all the pots, pans and things needed.

Relax with the whole family at this affordable peaceful lake getaway! Our home is a 7 minute walk to the community boat docks. There are 3 with “KBE Private Property” signs & a small beach area. We are 45min from Auburn University & about a 10 min boat or car ride to the Social & Chuck’s Pizza which have delicious food and live music. ***guests must click “1 pet” On the reservation if bringing any. Water access only. We are not on waterfront or have a view of it directly.
