Our front yard is the Santa Fe River. Come enjoy a nature retreat in this cypress log home! Right by Tree House spring and nestled between two state parks, but less than five minutes to downtown. Whether you are looking for rest and relaxation or recreation, our home offers both. Take in the scenery and catch your dinner from the riverbank. Recline in the sunshine on our dock (12’ x 12’). Keep an eye out for otters! It is a two hour float downriver to Poe Springs, Rum Island, and Blue Springs.

Come relax at the lake. This newly renovated efficiency apartment surrounded by moss draped magnolias is nestled away on tranquil Dykes Pond. With water on two sides, a babbling brook and full lake access it’s perfect for watching fish and other wildlife, swimming or kayaking. There’s a dock for fishing or for just enjoying the lake view. The apartment, in a multi unit house, is just for you. A tandem kayak is available for your use. Only 8 min to I-75, 19 min to Wild Adventures, VSU, & SGMC

Papa Joe’s Lake House

Quiet little piece of heaven on earth. Enjoy the lake, sit by a fire, enjoy the nature God has provided in our sanctuary on Pickett Lake. Boat ramp is 100 yards down the road. 4 kayaks, canoe, and paddleboard are provided, all of which can be launched from the house. Fish from the dock or explore the lake. Use the grill or take a short drive to Branford or Mayo and enjoy some of the restaurants. Come boat, fish, or swim in the lake or just enjoy the lake view. Outdoor fire pit includes wood.

Welcome to our "Camp House." Riverfront on the Santa Fe river, this is our family home and we hope you will find it perfect for relaxing and exploring river life. We are located in Three Rivers Estates and 7 minutes from Ichetucknee Park South Entrance and near Ginny, Poe, and Rum Island springs. We have tubes for floating, and 2 kayaks. Enjoy a great deck, screened porch, and downstairs screened in room for a campy experience. We welcome a pet with an extra $40 cleaning fee.

Bring a boat, or two 2-person kayaks available for use. Great views from the deck and dock that overhangs the river. Very peaceful. Please note this is a rural area, it's wooded and can be dark. In the heart of Florida's cave diving region. Located right on the Suwannee River. Near by attractions; Royal Spring with Boat Ramp; 4 miles; Little River Spring; 8 miles;Troy Spring; 17 miles; Blue Hole Spring; 20 miles; Ichetucknee Spring; 22 miles; . As of now, the dock and stairs going down to the river are under re-construction. But can still get down to the river. I have 3 large dogs, let me know when you might arrive.
