Backyard has sitting areas and chimnea with firewood provided. Quiet neighborhood. Bethany Beach -10 min drive, Rehoboth-25 min. Beach gear available. TY. Guests have access to the second floor of the home which includes a full size kitchen, 3 bedrooms and living room that all have Smart TVs. Plenty of parking for you and guests.

A bright open floor plan for you and your family to enjoy a relaxing week at the beach! While our house is fully stocked with many necessities it does not include sheets, bath and beach towels. We are happy to provide guests with details on linen rental delivery services. Please note: the minimum age for renting our place is 25 and the months of July and August require a 7 night minimum and Sat. check in. Also this property does not allow pets!
