The Park is 38 acres of rolling hills, grass land with valley views, bordered by two streams and woodlands. The views are magnificent. The house is set on the second tier of three rolling hills 1000 feet up from the road. The property is the newest building project/ABNB offering from Tom; who creates magical and life changing experiences...in the landscape; at EBC Bird Sanctuary Sculpture Park.

One bedroom has Queen size bed, 50” LG Smart TV, Couch, & Chaise lounge. The kitchen has dishwasher a table w/6 chairs and a King Coil Queen size air mattress to accommodate 2 more guest, private room. : Pa Turnpike-7 min. Get away from it all when you stay under the stars in a large canvas bell tent with a real, full size bed. Tucked into the woods, just a short distance from Watkins Glen and the Seneca Wine Trail. The shared modern bath house is a short walk from the site with running potable water and a shower. The property is off grid (no electricity) which means excellent star gazing! Linens are provided.
