The Coach House near Norwich, the Broads & coast

Light and airy, the Coach House is the perfect place for a relaxing break. The open plan living room is spacious but cosy and has a stylish mix of antique and modern furniture plus a wood burner for cooler evenings. The whole house is on one level and has been designed to be accessible. We're close to Norwich and the Broads, with the coast only 20 mins away. There is a regular bus service into Norwich from outside the gate, so no need to have a car. Note: not suitable for children under 12.

Marsh Cottage is a rustic and secluded little house overlooking the RSPB marshes bordering the River Yare and is in the perfect location for those wanting to relax and unwind whatever the season. This peaceful hideaway was once the home of the Marshman who tended to the cattle grazing on the marshes. Perfect for walkers, Birdwatchers and nature lovers and those who love walking their dogs. Riverside pub is only a 10 minute walk away along the boardwalk and footpaths. Fully fenced garden.

Our lovely 1 bed barn conversion is situated in S.Norfolk village in a beautiful rural area yet only 7 miles to the vibrant city of Norwich! Great for cyclists, a haven for birdwatchers and walkers and only 45 mins to the coast. Full GCH to keep you warm in winter, and a pretty terrace to enjoy al fresco dining in the summer. A fully fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, washing machine and drier, with spacious lounge with dining area and cosy ensuite bedroom mean it's a home from home.

Free permit parking for 1 car but we can provide 2 on request There is a height restriction to enter the parking area and this is 2.1 Meters

Nature’s Nook is in an excellent location, in the heart of the Norfolk Broads, perfect for fishing breaks. Wildlife enthusiasts will love watching the river activity and the sunsets are incredible! The double doors open out to a veranda with dining furniture and steps down to the waters’ edge. Moor your own or hired boat right outside your cosy holiday lodge!

The Tiny House

Rustic Shepherd's hut set in its own 5 acre field. Very child and dog friendly, all welcome! The Tiny House is well insulated and with its wood burning stove is lovely and toasty during winter months. Unlimited wood available. The bathroom is located directly behind the hut, where there is a shower and a composting toilet. This is attended to daily. Rural and peaceful location but also situated close to many amenities, including delightful pubs and restaurants.
