You’ll feel like you’re in a treehouse with the forest out your back window and the beach out your front window. This is the perfect writer or surfers retreat! The Apartment is on 2 floors with bed, bath, seating and desk on 2nd floor and mini kitchen on the 1st floor. Our neighborhood is small, quiet and friendly. Enjoy a unique stay with a spectacular view at Stephanie's House! Built in 1882, this charming Victorian farmhouse was used in 1986 film 'Short Circuit'. Located in historic Uniontown-Alameda, guests are just minutes away from downtown Astoria, and a short drive to our many coastal attractions. The patio boasts one of the best views in town- the Astoria-Megler bridge and the mighty mouth of the Pacific Ocean. If the rain keeps you inside, the same view is available from every bedroom window.

Guests love our custom home on the golf course, just half a block from The Cove, a favorite beach for surfing and beach combing in Seaside, Oregon. This single level home features an open concept design with three king bedroom suites. It is light, bright, and filled with ocean imagery. From the gas fireplace to the gourmet kitchen, it's all new. There is a fenced backyard with Adirondack chairs on the patio, a hot tub and a propane grill. Plus, there is a game room in the garage.

Our Oceanfront Lower Cottage is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom remodeled oceanfront cottage unit located on the quieter south end of the Prom in Seaside, Oregon. The master bedroom suite has a king bed. The second bedroom sleeps 4 with a twin over full bunk-bed and a twin daybed. There is also a memory foam sleeper sofa in the bonus room. Wonderful restaurants and activities such as riding your bike, golfing, surfing, arcades, hiking and more are right out your front door.

South Columbia Cottage is the quintessential beach cottage that serves as the perfect backdrop for your memorable coastal vacation. Lovingly renovated in 2021, our cozy get-away is only two blocks from the beach and three from the shops, restaurants, and entertainment of Broadway. Toast marshmallows on the secluded deck, take a sunset stroll on the Prom, lounge in bed with the latest bestseller, and explore the northern Oregon coast from our family get away.
