The house resides on a privately owned, multi-acre working farm listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Inside are 8 beautiful rooms with hardwood floors, fully updated Kitchen, 1st floor Utility Room with full bath, plus a 2nd floor shower & bathroom combo. Upstairs are 2 queen beds and 1 twin day bed, and downstairs is 1 queen couch bed.

We love everything about our hillside home next to Grand Vue Park and enjoy how much our guest love it too. This space was designed with love and attention to detail. The extremely spacious suite with private entrance has a beautiful covered deck overlooking our hillside pasture and the wooded land behind us. An entire wall of windows offer perfect views. Many guest say the King size bed is most comfortable they have ever slept in . The bathroom is simply dreamy.

The apartment is located above our detached garage across the driveway from our home. It is very private as there are no windows facing our home.

This newly-remodeled, relaxing cabin is situated on CR 10 (Benwood Rd.) about 20 minutes from Sardis, OH and 15 minutes from Woodsfield, OH (County seat). The cabin sits on just under an acre of land and has a creek running the edge of the property. Whether you are looking to explore the area or just have a relaxing time grilling out on the back deck and spending time with friends and family, this place is for you.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Wheeling casino, Ogelbay, Wheeling Park, 6 Golf Courses, and multiple restaurants are just a short drive away from this location. A few things are on the property. 1.
