The large screened-in porch is a great place to enjoy a meal or sit and play games. In the winter, bring your snowmobile and access the Snowmobile Trail from our property.

In winter months we recommend having a vehicle with 4x4 or all wheel drive with good winter tires as our private road can get slippery. Red Oar Cottage is a relaxing quiet refuge on the waterfront at Little Fairbanks Lake. Bring your water toys or borrow our paddle board to enjoy the lake. Evenings by the fire with friends and family. 2 Bedrooms in the cottage and a cute 2 bed bunkie with a private deck for everyone. The cottage has access to Fairbanks Lake for boating and fishing and a quick drive to the provincial park for the beach. Sudbury is only 40 min away for a visit to Canada's Mining Capital.

This home is located near the town of St-Charles which has all your amenities (Groceries, LCBO, pharmacy).
