This is a nice private, and quiet unit with all of the amenities you would find in a fully furnished apartment setting. Unit has been freshly painted and always very clean with fresh bedding and lots of towels provided. Close to shopping, University, Hospital, local attractions and many lakes. The unit is located above a professional engineering office and has a private entrance. There are no cost laundry machines for long term guests. The unit has hot water, heating, and air conditioning.

At the moment you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm environment. This cozy place has a stylish look. You’ll have everything you need for your stay. Prepare a cup of tea or coffee, grab a book and chill. You’ll feel at home! This place is full of good vibes and history. The apartment is in a perfect spot, great neighborhood, minutes from amenities, public transportation, Bell Park, hospital. If you need anything just let us know.
