'The Old Coach House' is a charming 18th century detached stone cottage with it's own private gardens.  It sits within an elevated position & offers stunning views over the surrounding countryside. In a quiet setting, it’s only a short walk from all local amenities. The cottage comfortably sleeps 4, with 1 twin & 1 double bedroom upstairs & dual aspect windows inc large skylight. Downstairs has a solid oak kitchen, a bathroom with shower over bath & lovely living/dining room with French doors.

The cottage has ease of access to the absolute best of everything highland Perthshire has to offer. Fishing from the bottom of the garden (permit required), golf nearby and an abundance of beautiful walks right from our doorstep. It is really is a gem of a place!

Very well equipped & an ideal base for rest & activities. Just a few mins walk to Castle Menzies, the Ailean Chraggan bar restaurant, fantastic walks, River Tay, forest tracks etc. 2 min drive/easy 20 min walk to Aberfeldy for shops, fuel, cafes, food. 5-star, helpful (but v unobtrusive) host!

It is a peaceful oasis, tucked away from it all at Foss, in the Tummel Valley, but it is easily accessible from the A9 near Pitlochry.

This renovated old gardener's cottage sits within the grounds of a Victorian house and commands beautiful hillside views from an enviable elevated position. The cottage consists of an open plan sitting room, dining room and kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with overhead shower and the other with a zip and link king size bed which can be separated into two small beds (2x2'6"x6'3") and en-suite shower room. All rooms look to the patio and hillside view.

We overlook the River Tay and because we have little light pollution we have great stars at night. Little Redgate is light, cosy and comfortable and you can do plenty or very little from here. We are in a great location for sporting activities or seeing the rest of Scotland - or maybe you'll choose to chill, relax and enjoy the space and scenery.
