Adirondack mountain views, picturesque sunrises and sunsets. 60’ dock and 350’ of pristine waterfront on a private island with road/bridge access situated on more than two acres. Fantastic fishing for musky, walleye, bass, pike, perch and carp. Two kayaks and its great for swimming. It's a cottage, there is some minor wear and tear to the bathroom vanities and south side wood siding.
