If you are in need of a quiet escape, this setting is for you. This little place has been a summer cottage for years. It has recently been renovated with a new kitchen, living room and bathroom to make it extra cosy. The view from the front deck looks out to ‘Digby Gut’ which is the entrance to the Bay of Fundy. This is an ever changing view and a delight to experience. The 2 bedrooms each have very comfortable new queen mattresses to sink into after a long day of exploring The Annapolis Valley.

Your deck has a magnificent view of the ocean that has the highest tides in the world and comes complete with Adirondack chairs and a dining area allowing you to sit back and enjoy the fresh salt air and the magnificent view. Relax on the back deck and watch the birds and look for deer, or bring your kayaks and launch them right from the back yard. 1km to Nova Scotia famous Mavillette beach. Mavillette river in the back yard is great for swimming and leads right through the wetlands to the Ocean. Equipped with a mini fridge, hot plate, microwave/convection oven, toaster and bbq and all kitchen essentials. Long term discounts.

In the rural Acadian community of Clare, you will find our fully equipped, recently updated, 1 bedroom + loft A-Frame style chalet sitting on a quiet lake. The beautiful view can be enjoyed from wall to wall windows, wrap around deck, or while sitting in the hot tub. Loft: 1 king & 1 single bed - excellent for traveling with children. Downstairs bedroom: 1 queen bed. Living room: double pull out sofa & futons. We live next door so let us know if anything is missing during your stay!

Kick back and relax in this spacious lakeside heat pump, infloor heated cottage, new August 2023. The separate bedroom with queen bed, has a beautiful barn slide door. The main living area has a queen sofa couch. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets or a campfire by the lake . For your added pleasure is a six man, hot tub, nestled in the woods under a beautiful gazebo - shared with one (2 person) cottage. Free use of kayaks, paddle boards, mountain bikes, swim in the lake, or enjoy leisure walks.

Private Lakeside Cottage in Yarmouth

Small private lakefront cottage. Secluded property next to the beautiful Ellenwood Provincial Park, full of hiking/walking trails. Rustic, and undergoing minor renovations, but a very cozy, clean place to stay. The Lake is clean and great for swimming! Full kitchen with most everything, an outdoor fire pit for nice nights, and a piano for rainy days. Heat pump, BBQ, fibre op, & Roku TV + Netflix! Wood stove is functional for extra heat and ambiance, wood not included however.
