Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

Piccola casa tra le colline

Il mio alloggio è immerso nelle colline del Gavi, nel centro storico di una piccola ma ridente frazione, vicino a splendide viste panoramiche, ristoranti, parchi e arte e cultura, inoltre dista 20 min dall'outlet di Serravalle. Questo alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie con ragazzi e avventurieri solitari. Vi piacerà fare passeggiate o giri in bicicletta in pieno relax, sicuri di stare nella completa tranquillità della campagna. In regola con le norme di sicurezza stabilite dalla Regione.
