Family Vacation Home on 20 Acres w/ Bass Pond!

Vacation getaway on 20 acres. 1100 sqft wrap around covered porch overlooking a 3/4 acre private pond. The pond is well stocked with bass and brim for easy catching. Large fire pit with log benches between the house and pond. Great sound system! Guests are able to connect their device to the sound system and enjoy their music inside and out. The pond includes a paddle boat and there are life jackets in the barn. Downstairs has a fridge, pool table, dart board, & other games for our guests.

Nestled within the Uwharrie National Forest, this lakefront 3 bedroom / 2 bath home is the perfect setting for your next getaway. Boasting multiple decks, a full kitchen, and a prime location, this property is well-equipped for a trip full of relaxation and recreation. Take in the views while you sip your coffee before strolling down to the shore for a fun-filled afternoon on the water. The property includes 2 adult and 2 kid kayaks for use during your stay.

Our home features a 6 person hot tub, front and back decks, Blackstone grill with a low country boil pot, outdoor dining table and seating area with a propane fire pit, outdoor fire pit, dock, fishing rods, paddle boards, kayaks and other fun lake toys!

Downstairs includes 1 King bedroom and a 2 Twin XL bedroom that share a large bathroom. Upstairs is the Master with a King bed and bathroom. Large flat yard for games or grilling. Float pad, floats, life vests and kayaks included.

Nestled on top of Woodsong, a 15-acre Nature Reserve. Started 25 years ago to protect the native plants and wildlife in our area. A cozy stay for couples and adults to relax and reconnect in nature. The studio apartment is fully equipped to give you a peaceful vacation feel. Grill out under the hanging nite lights. Unwind at the fire pit. Cuddle up with epic sunsets! Stargaze!
