Our condo has spectacular water views from the Bay to the Beach. We have a large one of a kind kitchen that is unique to our resort, with granite counter tops, hardwood cabinets, and all stainless steel appliances. Everything you need to prepare a meal is provided along with basic spices and condiments, Coffee, creamer, and sugar. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and walk in closet with all beach gear also available for your use. We have 2 - 50" flat screen TV's with cable as well.

We are allowed 3 rentals under 28 yearly. Please inquire to see if you are one of the lucky guests to come. Fun facts: In 2020, Historic Kenwood was named 'NEIGHBORHOOD of the YEAR as well as a DESIGNATED ARTIST's ENCLAVE. Our quadrant campaigned to limit new homes that were out of step with the Bungalow style and maintain the personality of Historic Kenwood. It was passed. Suitable for 2 adults (No infants or children) Walking distance to Central Ave. & Grand Central District. The area is filled with restaurants, bars, craft breweries, and shopping.

One room efficiency includes a comfortable queen size murphy bed, full bathroom (w/shower-no tub), large flat screen tv, with wet bar, microwave & coffee maker. Guests will have private access to pool. Smoking is NOT permitted on property and will be reported.
