The tastefully furnished cozy apartment provides an ideal relaxing setting with beautiful river views. Outfront is our new pickleball court & putting green for our guests' enjoyment! We are located just 1 mile from downtown Potsdam, 1 mile from Clarkson, 2 miles from SUNY Potsdam, and 10 miles from SLU and SUNY Canton. We know you'll love our place!

Raquette Lodge

Ultimate privacy in this 2,800 sq. ft. log home on 16 acres of wilderness waterfront. Located in the NW region of the Adirondack foothills, the Raquette Lodge sits on a section of Raquette River which has been dammed to create a pristine lake. The lake is excellent for swimming & fishing. This property includes a dock with a pontoon boat (9.9 hp), kayaks and paddle boards. Also at the water's edge you will find a hot tub, sand volleyball court, ping pong table, fire pit & ample outdoor seating.

It is spacious, tastefully furnished, and conveniently located within 1 mile of downtown Potsdam. Our guests can also enjoy the scenic Raquette River, with kayaks available for use. For those seeking extra indulgence, the apartment also features a private hot tub and courtyard. There is a shared igloo, putting green, pickleball court, and beach area.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful country paradise! Enjoy all the seasons here with the main snowmobile/ATV trail right at the end of the driveway. Go for a hike, or horseback ride through the Brasher State Forest trails. Or maybe a fishing/hunting trip, as there are 30k acres of beautiful public land surrounding the river front property and a variety of fish in the river (musky,walleye,bass!) A quiet dead end road, that turns into a a trailway that can take you as far as Old Forge!

Experience a Vacation Paradise Escape to Trout Lake, where stunning views and outdoor fun await. Overlooking 1,600 acres of preserved forest, this property offers a sandy swim area with a raft, a 13’ pontoon boat (10hp engine) and kayaks and paddle boards. Relax in the waterfront hot tub or gather by the fire pit. The open floor plan blends charm with modern amenities. Firewood, propane, and boat gas are included. Bring your own life jackets and sheets and towels. Pets welcome for $75.
