Located 20 minutes from Potsdam, 45 minutes from Paul Smiths Visitor's Center, an hour from the ADK High Peaks, 1:45 minutes to Ottawa, and 2 hours to Montreal, it's perfect for day trips. Cant see another Cabin from the front porch!

This is a beautifully renovated house. River access for kayaking, canoeing, swimming. kayaks and life jackets are available for guests. There is a large back yard with a firepit facing the water as well as a back porch/deck and a large side/front deck to enjoy watching the water and wildlife. The area is quiet and peaceful but yet directly located in the town of Potsdam. There are window AC units in each bedroom as well as central heat.
