This AGRITOURISM DESTINATION invites you to experience a different pace of life on 96 acres of farmland, cattle pastures, ponds, and even a waterfall. Gather wood for the fire-pit and roast some s'mores, catching the sun's last rays from the back deck. Interior highlights include barn-wood details and a steam shower. Enjoy your stay knowing... all surfaces are sanitized and all linens, duvet covers and blankets are washed between guests. Sheets are provided in case you would like to cover the sofa to lounge comfortably, assurd that everything is sanitized just for you. Agritourism activities may be arranged prior to your stay for a real 'hands on' experience of a working farm. SHORT TERM RENTAL PERMIT ISSUED THROUGH: Metro government of Nashville and Davidson County -STRP # 2019024060 A camp fire, walk on our nature trails or catching the sunset from the back deck will help you unwind. This is a working farm so you may hear the tractor tilling or our cows mooing. The entire apartment and balcony is yours to enjoy. In the apartment you will find a map with information as to where you can explore . There are several ponds (including one pond you can fish) on the farm and when we are not in a dry spell, a small waterfall. Feel free to gather some wood and roast s'mores or hotdogs over the fire pit. I’m happy to meet you when you arrive to answer any questions. If you prefer your privacy that is fine too. You may reach me by text or email. Even though the farm is an easy drive from downtown Nashville, this agricultural community feels like its from a quieter, more relaxing time. Fish in one of the ponds, pick berries, and head out for long, peaceful hikes in almost any direction. Uber is available from the farm. We are on the North side of Nashville. It takes less time (about 30 minutes) to drive to downtown than it does driving a few blocks in some more congested areas of Nashville. You may encounter other folks who live and work on the farm. Feel free to ask questions about our farm mission to help feed the hungry. The apartment is completely yours so if you want privacy that is totally available as well.
