Cozy basement

We like to give our guest full privacy during their stay. The basement has its own entrance in the back of the home. We do have steps going from the front of the house to the back entrance. We’re pet friendly! There's a $100 per pet fee. Fee is due upon arrival. Large fenced yard for our furry guest to run and enjoy the open space. As well as a deck with seating area facing the yard. Please make sure to clean up after your pet after every bathroom break. Pets permitted only in the back yard

We are situated in a spacious cove; great spot for safely swimming, kayaking, floating or just sitting on the dock or one of the many patios. The backyard levels out at the bottom providing a perfect spot for spreading a blanket or enjoying backyard games adjacent to the private dock. This property is a downstairs walkout that is attached to the main house; but you will have your own entrance and private experience.

Our warmly decorated guest suite is attached to but fully separate from the main part of our home, with its own private entrance. The suite includes a spacious bedroom, large bathroom and separate living/sleeping area with a TV, mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, and Keurig. An adjacent laundry room is available for your use upon request (FOC). The small deck, patio and fully fenced yard are included for your exclusive use. Parking is available on the street right out front of our home.
