It features a double bed 2,00χ1,50 and built-in wardrobe plus iron and a fully equipped kitchen. There is private bathroom with a washing machine.

The apartment has a living area and dining/kitchen area with washing machine.The living area has a corner sofa bed which converts into a double bed. A spiral staircase leads to the bedroom on the second floor with a double bed. The apartment is situated close to the ring road on a quiet residential street. It’s a 2 minute walk to bus stop and supermarket and 5 minute walk to the centre of town.

Το διαμέρισμα είναι νεόδμητο 30 τ.μ., με άνετους χώρους και βεράντα. Δε δεχόμαστε κατοικίδια (υπάρχουν 3 σκυλιά και 5 γάτες στο χώρο).
