Το διαμέρισμά μας βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της Σκοπέλου,σε ήσυχη γειτονιά ενώ παράλληλα απέχει μόλις 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι,τα εστιατόρια,τα μπαράκια,την στάση λεωφορείων,ταξί και την τουριστική αγορά του νησιού. Επίσης,σε απόσταση 100 μέτρων από το διαμέρισμα υπάρχει super market,οπωροπωλείο,φούρνος και κρεοπωλείο. Το διαμέρισμά μας το οποίο είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένο αποτελείται από έναν ενιαίο χώρο σαλόνι-κουζίνα,ένα ευρύχωρο υπνοδωμάτιο,μπάνιο και ένα άνετο μπαλκόνι με σαλόνι&κούνια.

The apartment is beautiful, with amazing views of the sea, large patio/terrace with pergola covered with bamboo and grape vine. The terrace has a large table with bench and chairs and can seat 8 people. It has a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a large bedroom with a double bed and 2 singles. Outside in there is another patio with a BBQ, pizza wood oven and an eating area under bamboo umbrellas and olive trees. Also a gas range so you can cook while your meat is grilling!!

Aspalathus 'Red' is a beautiful modern two-story Villa situated on a hillside, a 7-minute drive from Skopelos Town, situated in an olive Grove with panoramic sea views. The house consists ground floor; a kitchen and a living room and a bathroom. The second floor has two twin bedrooms and a second bathroom. Each room has breathtaking views of Skopelos and its own balcony. The main road to the house is mountainous - a jeep or a 4x4 car is highly recommended. There is another, milder road.
