Just 100 m from apartment is the sea and beaches and 10 min by walk trough promenade by the sea and ACI marina you are in center of Split (old town). Apartment is newly renovated with everything what you need. It has 58m2 with small balcony and big one which is amazing and has 30m2 and the sea view is something what you have to see. A small studio apartment for 2+1 people in a family house with a separate entrance and garage. The pool and sun terrace are common spaces for all guests and family members. The beach, bakery, two supermarkets and 3 bars are 200 m below and also a bus station. In cafe bars, you can eat hamburgers and pizza while on the promenade by the sea, there are two restaurants in the direction towards Split or Omis.
