Our 200 years old traditional house is perfectly maintained and it will work as a time capsule, in which you will travel in much more authentic times, where good taste was synonymous to simplicity and people had enough time to dream. The shady garden plays the role of the conductor, sets the rules and interacts in a relaxing but at the same time demanding way. Everything takes place in or around this oasis. Stone-built cottage in lavish garden, in the heart of Spetses Town. A small house (58 sq.m) with all the amenities of a large one.Always childrens' favourite cottage, because of its coziness and its resemblance to "the little house in the prairie". It consists of two bedrooms, one of which is a mezzanine with two single mattresses, a dinning area with a rustic fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. If you have seen “Glass Onion: All knives out”, it’s the villa in the intro of the movie (from 13:00-18:00). Unique location by the sea close to everything: the iconic Poseidonion Hotel, the island centre, two open-air cinemas, the market, restaurants, cafes, bars, beaches,everything in walking distance and with the best views of the sea and beautiful sunsets. 4 bedrooms, that sleep 8-10 people, all with their own bathroom, various outdoors terraces, nice spacious bright kitchen.

The Old Harbor house

The house is on the 1st floor of an old mansion, recently renovated and located in the Old Harbor just 20m from the sea. It offers wonderful sea view. Big families and friends can easily be accommodated. It's close to famous restaurants and bars. There is a mini market in 1min walking distance. You can take a sea taxi or horse carriage just 100m from the house. The town center & port of the island is 20min walking distance or 5min by taxi, horse carriage or motorcycle/bicycle.

In between the New(10') and the Old Harbor(7'), one block away from a beach, with traditional mansions, romantic alleys, the cathedral, bars and restaurants, close to super market/bus terminal/ bakery. (It is forbitten for visitors to enter during quiet hours!)

At the very center of Spetses island. Five minutes walking distance from main port. Five minutes walking distance from most attractions (main market, restaurants, bars, museums, Agios Mamas beach).

Καλοσυντηρημένο παλιό αρχοντικό σε συγκρότημα 4 κατοικιών που φιλοξενεί οικογένεια έως και 6 άτομων. Έχει δύο μεγάλα υπνοδωμάτια και ένα μπάνιο. Βρισκεται μόλις 350 μέτρα απο Ντάπια. Ήσυχη αυλή με παρτέρια για χαλάρωση τα απογεύματα μετά την θάλασσα.
