My cabin is secluded, in a rural area. It is 768 square feet & is one open room with a bathroom. It is divided into kitchen, living & bedroom areas. The back deck looks out over the wooded area. The cabin has Dish TV service and satellite WiFi service. The cabin is close to center hill lake with its many swimming options. We love this cabin and hope that you love it as much as we do. It is conveniently located 3 minutes from a four lane highway and is less than 15 minutes south of a town that has a population of around 5,000 and 20-30 minutes north of a larger college town of approximately 35,000. The Cabin is nestled by a shallow creek and faces 25 wooded acres that are ideal for hiking and enjoying nature.

The little log cabin that Barnwood Builders helped build! That's right. In 2019 Barnwood Builders, along with another local team, came to Cookeville to help sort the pieces of a 1800's log cabin. Then, we took over and built out this stellar, modern space with elevated furnishings. Your family and friends will never want to leave this relaxing oasis.
