The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. Bakers Cottage, is a lovely detached cottage located in the centre of Saxilby, within a 5 min walk to the train station. This spacious property is the perfect holiday home for visiting Lincolnshire, it is just moments away from the city of Lincoln and within easy reach of the Lincolnshire's many attractions. Inside you will find a good size, well equipped kitchen, hall way leading to a lounge/diner. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, one with en-suite and a family bathroom.

It is situated in a pretty and peaceful rural location, but is only 15 minutes by car from Lincoln Cathedral and Castle and 8 mins from the Lincoln Showground, so guests have all the convenience of being really close to attractions but with the advantage of a peaceful nights sleep.
