We are located in a small village featuring a great family pub called 'The Malcolm Arms which is within walking distance. We are 2 miles north-west of Boston and are 150 yds from the river Witham which is great for walking, cycling, fishing and paddleboarding. One well behaved pet is welcome to stay.

The meadow leads to a private wooded area of around an acre which you are welcome to explore.
