There is also 6 world class golf courses including the famous Royal Birkdale. Adventure Land theme park, viking golf , marine lake with there many attractions are just just a short walk away. Victoria Park,Hesketh Park & Botanic Gardens are 3 fantastic parks ensuring there is something here for everyone. Although being just a stones throw from all the action this is a pieceful location giving you a relaxing break. Staying here allows you access to the private Enclosed garden. Oh, and it s pet-friendly too! Sorry no cats As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. kitchen is well equipped has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, fridge freezer and a microwave. The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a 55" smart tv and internet access. This apartment has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 5. In the first floor bedroom, you will find a queen bed with super comfortable mattress and cotton bedding. The second floor bedroom contains 2 single beds with super comfortable mattresses and cotton bedding. There is additional sleeping space in the apartment, comprising a 1 single sofa beds. Please note this apartment is not suitable for guests with disabilities due to stairs and steps down to kitchen and toilet. The bathroom comes with a newly installed walk in shower. Linen, towels, shampoo and a hair dryer are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There is one free parking space available. (Not suitable for large vans or pickup trucks) but parking is available on street outside or a carpark 50yards away @ 3 a day. - There is a washing machine at property. - 1 well behaved Dog are allowed at the property.
