Our Curious | Opossum Hollow

Welcome to Opossum Hollow in the quaint mountain town of Travelers Rest! Our partially restored 1984 Airstream Excella, lovingly referred to as `Possum Holler', is situated on the same property as our home. With a covered space for parking and a 35 foot skylight deck, this outdoor space is designed for cool evening lounging and warm afternoon napping. We worked with a number of local artisans to design and create the entire space, ensuring most every element is handmade, upcycled, and recycled!

The Blue Train Car

The Blue Train Car is a gem at the Train Wreck Inn - a retro train motel in Grand Coteau, LA! Vibrancy and efficiency make this unique stay on a retired mail car an unforgettable getaway. You will find the Caboose furnished with a Queen Bed, stand up shower, TV DVD player & Kitchenette. You will be able to relax on the spacious deck. The Hot Tub is an incredible place to enjoy an evening under the stars. Wooded views surround the Caboose, providing privacy and creating an intimate setting a place that you will never forget.

The Hillside Treehouse

Welcome to The Hillside Treehouse at Ramsden Lake, our newest accommodation. Designed to bring you closer to nature with floor to ceiling window, the Treehouse features a king size bed with luxury mattress, indoor vented compost toilet, kitchenette, large slipper tub, outdoor soaking tub and outdoor shower. This accommodation stays cool in the summer with AC unit, and stays warm in the winter with a wood burning stove. has shared access to the lake and shared use of a canoe.

Modern RV Nestled on 25 acres with Firepit

Need a place to get away to? Look no further. Our place is just 15 mins S. of Fayetteville. Close enough to be part of the University's activities or Fayetteville's many venue/events yet far enough outside of town to relax when they are done. Our RV is setup as a cozy retreat space. There is a large deck and outdoor spaces as well. There is a security camera at the top of the driveway approximately 40'-50' ft from the trailer.
