Island House in the Lake District

Traditional wooden house on a large island with 300m of private Saimaa lake shoreline and far reaching views, 700m from the harbour. Main building has 2 bedrooms, modern kitchen, 2 living rooms and a bathroom. Sauna and guest house with two bedrooms are in separate buildings. Rowing boat with small motor is included. Extras: Bedlinen & towels 20e pp. Bigger motor boat 50e daily + fuel. Box of wood per two nights of stay for the first week included, extras 20e. Kayak and sup board 20e per day.

A beautiful and peaceful two house estate by the sea with private 30m long sand beach. Two separate houses, both air-conditioned, makes this suitable for a large family or two families. Main house has one bedroom, a large "indoor" porch with spectacular view to the sea. A fully equipped kitched and running water makes your stay enjoyable. A separate sauna house has a bedroom with a fire place. A large grass yard is fenced around the estate which makes this very child friendly. Fish rich waters.

Omalla saarilla oleva mökki. Mökillä on kerrossänky. Alasängyssä on 2 nukkumapaikkaa ja yläsängyssä on 1 paikka. Tuvassa on vuodesohva kahdelle. Eli nukkumapaikkoja on 4+1. Juomavesi kanisterilla,jota tuon itse. Saunavesi kantamalla järvestä. Valot ja puhelinlataus aurinkopanelilla. puucee-biolan. Mökillä on kaasujääkappi, kaasuliesi, takka/hella, grilli, kesäkeittiö astioineen, puusauna. Myös petivaatteet ja pyyhkeet kuuluu hintaan. Kiviranta laiturilla, grillikatos on käytössä.

Oma yksityinen saari Naantalin edustalla

Omalla saarella saa olla rauhassa maailman melskeistä. Saarella majoittuu mukavasti perhe tai muutama ihminen. Sähköä saa rajoitetusti aurinkopaneelista, kaivon vesi on juotavaa. Lämmitykseen on kamiina. Pesut hoituvat puulämmitteisessä saunassa. Saarella on puucee. Matka saarelle taittuu Naantalin vierasvenesatamasta veneestä ja säästä riippuen noin 10 - 20 minuutissa. Olet siis lähellä Naantalin palveluja, mutta kuitenkin omalla saarella.
