Welcome to the Nuthatch, a cozy cabin in the woods outside Fairbanks. This dog-friendly little cabin is just 7 miles from town but surrounded by the boreal forest. This is glamping at its best, a solid roof, warm place, bed, WiFi, and tv. This is a “dry” cabin, with an outhouse but no running water (no shower. Look out for wildlife and northern lights or roast a s’more over the campfire. If you have more guests, there is an additional cabin on the property "Come Visit the Warbler", holds four.

In the summer we are blocks away from Amazing walking paths, lake view and access. Walking distance to all.

Cosy Artist Retreat for 2

This tiny, 8’ x 12’ cabin offers privacy for two. Conveniently located in West Fairbanks, 10 minutes from the airport, it features a loft bed, small kitchen appliances, and artistic decor, exclusive, private use of a full bathroom inside our home, completely separate from our personal area. Please read the description and photos, which are completely accurate and show the cabin as it is exactly. College Town Charm (CTC) is wonderful place to base your Fairbanks adventures out of. A place to relax, recharge, or even get some work done. CTC is in a great area close to the University. From here you are in walking distance to great restaurants, groceries, and even a laundromat if needed. CTC features high speed internet, wall mounted TV's with Netflix and YouTube TV. The Charm also has an HRV to provide continuous fresh filtered air.

The Market Studio

Our UPSTAIRS studio has a full kitchen, bath and laundry that sleeps up to THREE people. The kitchen, dining, living and sleeping areas are all open to each other, while the bathroom and laundry have a separate space within the Studio.
