Off road foot paths and bridleways! relax in tranquility!! All the rustic charm with the quality of a hotel stay. Can accommodate well behaved dogs or bring a horse!! Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Located on a working farm on the Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire border with lovely rural views and great walks around the farm. We have horses, cattle, chickens and 450 acres to enjoy. Many fantastic tourist sites nearby including Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Silverstone, Upton House. Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view. You may even see the 14 wild deer who wander around the farm.

Having been a Polo Stable Yard years ago the shepherds huts sit in the upper garden area and are all self-contained with their own front doors and En Suite, set in a peaceful, private courtyard. All are finished and furnished to a high standard with period features. Secure Parking behind electric gates inside Hunt House grounds. Breakfast snacks, Tea's, coffees's, herbal drinks, water and high speed WiFi are all provided in each room free of charge. Each room has its own fridge too.

The Oak is our luxury shepherds hut, it is situated on its own in a young orchard on our family farm. It is surrounded by beautiful farmland which makes the stay very peaceful. The oak is within walking distance to pubs, shops and a great cafe! It has been thoughtfully kitted out from top to bottom with underfloor heating, en-suite shower, king size bed, Netflix etc, oven, induction hob, fridge, coffee machine and much more. Outside there is a wood fired hot tub and pizza oven!
