Nestled within the confines of a Victorian Walled Garden, in the grounds of a historic 17th Century Farmhouse, the newly reconstructed Potting Shed offers a secluded studio space for two to explore the Cotswolds or relax at home. A combined living/sleeping area with doors onto a private terrace and a separate full kitchen and separate shower room (with loo) divided from the living area by sliding doors. Field End Contemporary rural barn

A small barn built with friends during a barn raising. Simple, stylish, with underfloor heating, compact but with a sense of space. Deck with hammock and barbcue extends into fields at the back. Private, lovely spacious comfortable beds , rustic but with a touch of luxury. Thirty minutes to Oxford, two minutes drive to village of Great Tew and Soho . One of three properties on site ( we live in one) the other is called The Artists House and if booked together can sleep 12 guests in total.

'Percy' Shepherd's Hut

Nestled in the corner of the peaceful Barley Meadow, at Spring Hill, our Shepherd’s Hut provides a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It’s the perfect spot to relax, recharge, and connect with nature. The hut features a modern en-suite, kitchenette, double bed, and a wood-fired hot tub outside the hut (added March 2025). Please note, there’s a 150-metre walk from the parking area, and since the hut is set in a field, the path can get muddy—so come prepared!

They are hidden away in woodland in the grounds of the Kirtlington Park Polo Club, next to a Capability Brown-designed lake.
