Have you ever wondered what it would be like to stay in a stone cottage? This unique property has great history. It was built as a one room school house in 1836 and was active until 1914. Great studio living, with living room, bedroom, and dining area all combined in one large great room. Original exposed chestnut beams, and provide an airy and comfortable space to relax! We are 10 miles from Colgate University, 18 miles from Morrisville State College and 45 minutes to the Baseball Hall of Fame. Cornell University and Ithaca College are 1.5 hours away. There are nature centers with trails (Rogers Center and Wolf Mountain Nature Center), and a classic car museum 12 miles from us.
