Today, it is a private Estate with big jungle trees, about 4km of trails, fruit orchards and beautiful gardens. The house has been fully renovated and is welcoming and comfortable. A large wrap-around terrace looks out toward Volcán Barú and La Amistad Park. Hacienda Viva offers a setting to slow down and reconnect. Our place offers something for everyone..a perfect place to enjoy and make Memories!

Fully equipped kitchen, flat‑screen TV (cable + streaming), washer, dryer, hot water, and 400 Mbps fiber Wi‑Fi — ideal for remote work. Enjoy multiple outdoor seating areas, fruit trees, a small chicken coop, a secure fenced yard, and free on‑site parking. Un lugar tranquilo y acogedor, ideal para descansar y reconectarse con la naturaleza. A solo 10 minutos a pie de la quebrada, perfecta para bañarse o relajarse. La propiedad cuenta con árboles frutales (limón, aguacate, etc.) y plantas medicinales (mastranto, hierba de limón), los cuales se pueden usar durante la estadía. La casa dispone de cocina equipada, comedor, habitación con baño privado y un rancho para hacer BBQ, rodeada de jardín y espacios para disfrutar al aire libre.
