This is a private rear apartment in our newly built home, with a separate entrance. We live upstairs but you’ll have complete privacy.

King size bed. Your own private driveway & entrance. While not 100% soundproof from, both upstairs and downstairs have quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am. No parties allowed.

We are located close to trails, a playground, dog parks, supermarkets & great restaurants. We are 3 miles from I-75 and 6 miles from Truist Park, the Battery, Dobbins ARB, Lockeed-Martin, & the Galleria. Downtown Atlanta is about 10-15 miles south. Two lovely rooms plus a bath are waiting for you in Candler Park. Separated from the other parts of the house, with a private entrance off the front porch. Lots of peace and quiet, and we are frequently gone and don't keep up much noise. Two block walk to Little Five Points and Freedom Path, which feeds directly onto the beltline, as well as all the neighborhood parks and restaurants. Close to Emory/CDC. Ten minute walk to Marta.
