South Devon is really a beautiful area and Sunnyview has an amazing position in the coastal village of Torcross, sitting within an AONB. 3 miles of beach on your doorstep and the SW Coast Path running behind the garden, there is so much to explore in this magnificent area. It's one of cosiest cottages in the country, more akin to a boat, with some clever design features to make creative use of the space. The views are magnificent and it's definitely one of those special boltholes to discover!

The Old Bakery dates back to 1836 and lies at the heart of the coastal village of Stoke Fleming, outside Dartmouth. Set on the South West Coast Path, it is 15 minutes’ walk from the award-winning beach of Blackpool Sands and an ideal base from which to explore the South Hams and Dartmoor. The spacious accommodation features an open-plan living room and dining area, bedroom, panelled en-suite shower room and modern fully-fitted kitchen. Private parking is available at the back of the property.

As a charming old building, the cottage has some low doorways that the taller amongst us need to be aware of! Great bathroom. A beautiful open plan studio apartment, furnished to the highest standard for self-catering with a fully equipped kitchen with oven, grill, hob, fridge, microwave. There is a dining area, lounge equipped with a TV and a great wet room. Outside is a private patio area with sun loungers and bistro set. Ample parking on drive. A cream tea awaits you on arrival. 1 night bookings only accepted Sun-Thurs. 3 night stays in the summer preferred, but ask to see if we can accommodate you.
