We rent our traditional greek house of 82 meters square, with a breathtaking view, located on the island of Skopelos in Sporades. 9 kms from Mama Mia church. Fully equipped for 4 adults or kids over thirteen. 2 double beds convertibles in 4 singles in a large bedroom including a mezzanine. 2 terrasses with sea view to admire the sunsets. Free public parking next to the main road at 100 meters from the bus stop. Rosa will be happy to make your stay confortable.

"Eothinos" Sea front Studio

Beachfront studio in Loutraki with one bedroom( 35 sq.m.) There is a large dining table and chairs on the terrace outside, and a large pergola providing shade for out-door dining. All windows and doors have fixed insect-screens. The road outside is a cul-de-sac and leads only to the footpath to the beach, so it is very peaceful with no passing traffic. Fully serviced with cleaning and linen change every 4 days. Beach towels are provided.

This is a traditional house recently restored. The 3 stored house has been all renewed using local materials and respecting all the traditional features. The house has a backyard with a little garden and exterior shower (perfect to shower when you come back from the beach), and a table to have dinner. We also have a portable barbacue where you can cook your fresh fish outside.

Kitchen opens up to family room, one master bedroom (double bed) with bathroom, a second bedroom (two single beds), a second bathroom and a loft (two single beds, shown as bedroom 3 in photo tour). Not chain link fenced from the rocks below therefore not recommended for toddlers.
