Our rustic house, exactly 100 years old, has been lovingly restored and thoughtfully designed in a modern style, while preserving its authentic Istrian character. For us, it is not just a house, but a place filled with stories, warmth, and soul — a place we are happy to share with you. Surrounded by nature, with a private pool and close to the sea, it is perfect for families and their pets. Beautiful apartment in centra Istria

You will find The Olive House in the very end of a small village called Jakomici. The second floor of the house has been recently refurbished and consists of two identical apartments, each with a kitchen, huge living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Each apartment is suitable for 4 people. You can relax completely, chill out in the garden or in the new swimming pool, or you can come with us for a boat trip (not included). Breakfast, lunch and dinner on request, at extra charge.
