Förutom de 2 mycket smakfullt inredda rummen finns en "lounge", ett "sparum" och toalett. Egen ingång och helt separat från det övriga huset. Källarvåningen är renoverad och är uppvärmd. Däremot saknas dagsljus.

I sovrummet finns en 160 cm säng och i tv-rummet en bäddsoffa (140 cm) Ni är välkommen att vara i trädgården som har en uteplats i hörnan. Eftersom det är trappor ner är det inte handikappvänligt. Det är gratis parkering på gatan men datumparkering.
