CASA ESMERALDA is a spacious ADULTS ONLY 100 m² apartment equipped with: with:1 bedroom ( bed of 150x190cm), 2 bathrooms (1 bath, 1 Italian shower), a living room, and a pretty garden with a private, unheated plunge pool that is 2.5 m x 3 mt long. The interior is luminous and equipped with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen. It is located at 5-minute walking distance from the city centre, 12 minutes from the beach and 45 minutes from Barcelona city

Located directly on the beautiful beachfront of the wonderful, old quarter of Sitges, with full, spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea, this stylish, comfortable studio apartment is the perfect place to relax and feel at home. We ask our guests to take into account the size of the apartment, 36m2. The apartment is not suitable for children of 12 years old and under, and we are unable to accept them. As from 2023, the official Government Tourist Tax is 2.00 Euros per person per night.

Soaring above are exposed beams, below lie pale wooden floors, while in-between is beautiful exposed brickwork. The loft is located in a residential neighborhood near Sofia Avenue. The beach, city center, and train station are all roughly equidistant, and all easily reached on foot. Several supermarkets, plus restaurants, bars, and shops are closer still.
