A peaceful, rustic setting in a historic town. Sleeps 1 - 4 guest. 15 mins from Harrisonburg, JMU and I-81! It is located close to popular tourist sites. The drive has beautiful views year around! It is a nice area for a walk or run. Located within walking distance of a country store, a church, and a Community Center - which can be rented out for events. We are only 15-20 mins from I-81. If you are looking for a place to rest to break up a long trip, this would be a nice place to stay!

Two bedroom, 1 bath cabin nestled in the foothills of the Shenandoah Mountains beside Waggys Creek. The cabin, originally built as a mountain family getaway, has recently been renovated as an Airbnb for those seeking outdoor activities and tranquility. The rustic cabin is also accompanied by a picnic shelter with a working rock fireplace, loft, and an additional outdoor bathroom (in season). Approximately 2 acres of field and partially wooded property are available to guests. No pets.

Welcome to our family’s little getaway. Our 12x20 cabin sits beside a 2.5 acre pond. Savor the evening beside a campfire listening to the nightfall on our Valley or from the porch swing. The cabin is 2 story with a small but full kitchen (complete with refrigerator, stove, microwave, & coffee maker) and the sleeping area upstairs. We're within 20 minutes of Harrisonburg/JMU, less than an hour from Shenandoah National Park, 40 minutes from Massanutten Resort and only 20-30 minutes from several breathtaking caverns including Shenandoah, Endless, Melrose & Luray.

We are conveniently located along Rt 33 about 10 minutes from EMU, JMU. The George Washington National Forest, Shenandoah National Park, Skyline Drive, and numerous caverns provide endless opportunity for outdoor adventures. There is also abundant shopping and dining nearby in Harrisonburg, Dayton, or Bridgewater.

My place is about 10 minutes from Downtown Harrisonburg and EMU and 15 minutes from JMU's Bridgeforth Stadium and Atlantic Union Bank Center. Come for a great getaway close to many activities but tucked into a quiet neighborhood with scenic views all around. Great for couples, families and remote work!
