Dig your toes in the sand and enjoy the quiet, peaceful beach or walk to the nearby shops, restaurants, Spa, or Golf. This 3 bedroom & 2 1/2 bath features two master suites, a gourmet kitchen, custom cabinetry and countertops. Everything is NEW from furniture, mattresses, to linens. Yard fenced.

Mid Mod Beach Retreat is a perfect place to stay while you visit Lincoln City. Guests love the gorgeous sunsets moonsets, and wild deer; also the decor, location, and 800ft walking distance to the beach. We now have a wonderful relaxing hot tub to offer our guests, $ 50 fee to use during your entire stay. Lets us know if you want to use it, so we can send a payment request and unlock it. The ocean view! That's what this property is all about. Sitting more than 150 feet above Beverly Beach with windows looking west, the views are incredible. With rolling waves and the possibility of spotting whales, this is the place! This is a house that we have recently purchased. The only thing that has remained in the house is the kitchen cabinets, stove, oven, and microwave. Everything else is new! The views are spectacular, that is what this house is about.
