Studio on Higgins is in the heart of Margaret River town. You are a hop, skip & jump to local shopping, coffee shops, restaurants & a brewery on the main street. Our back gate opens up to the amazing Margaret River, Old Kate Rotary Park, forest walks, bike trails, Old settlement, the Hairy Marron coffee shop & bike hire. We are a short car ride to the beach and beautiful wineries & breweries. Please read description before booking! We want guests to be informed & aware of our space & situation.

The studio apartment is part of our beautiful new solar passive designed home in the ecovillage. It is private, with it's own entry. It is immaculate inside and comes with 1 Queen bed, a kitchenette, bathroom, sofa and benchtop for eating/working. The ecovillage is unique in its design, balancing privacy and interaction. We may be happy to give you a quick impromptu tour if interested.

Jersey Queen is a 2-bedroom family friendly guest house with a relaxed country vibe. Best suited to families and couples staying together. This special place will make you feel right at home. Only a 5-minute walk to Cowaramup main street for food, coffee and drinks. *NB, Additional charge of $40/night for 5th guest (fold-away bed and linen to suit a child) *NB, We live in an adjoining property with a child and a dog. You may hear us from time to time. We do our best to minimise our noise.

Studio Metta ( Shire approval P220383) is a cosy, light and bright self contained studio. There is one large bedroom with a queen bed, a great bathroom with high ceilings and a generously sized living area which incorporates a kitchenette and fridge, a sofa, an occasional chair and a small table for dining. Total floor area is 50m2. The outlook from the living area and the private outdoor deck is onto Parkwater forest, where you can hear birdsong and feel the nature right on your doorstep.

This luxury studio boasts unique ocean views from the private roof terrace. The property is located a short walk to the beach, you can rinse off in the outdoor shower after your morning swim in the courtyard bathed in morning sun. Rammed limestone compliments the coastal interiors of this bright space. Enjoy the WA sunsets on the roof terrace, with a drink in hand. The studio is connected to a main house but with complete private access and spaces to enjoy. Designated off-street parking.

A kettle, toaster and microwave are all supplied, but why eat in when you have so many cafes, restaurants and wineries nearby.

Little Ginger is the perfect romantic couples getaway surrounded by ginger trees and a friendly ginger cat named Simon who sleeps under the ginger trees. Sip on champagne in the outdoor bathtub while your partner cooks up a feed on the weber Q, or relax in the luxurious king bed after taking a shower under the double rain shower heads. The studio is equipped with everything you need including: a toaster, kettle, microwave, Nespresso machine, and a plug in cooktop.
