We are a short drive/walk from Church Street, the waterfront, UVM Campus, and Champlain College. We have multiple grocery stores within a half mile radius and I-89 is easily accessible. Our apartment has ample privacy and your own quiet outdoor space, enclosed by cedars. The space includes cathedral ceilings and is a great setting to enjoy a relaxing vacation or business trip.

On the 2nd floor of our duplex with a private entrance and deck via exterior stairs. Truly unique property with fenced in yard space and 3 season cabin. Off-street parking for up to 3 cars or a truck pulling a boat for lake enthusiasts! Just a few mins walk to the beach or breweries and a 5 min drive to downtown!

Forget your worries in this spacious and private space. This unit is located on the 1st floor of 2 stories house with its own front door. Enter into a large living room with big screen TV, fireplace, dining area and large laundry/food area. It will provide you comfortable space to rest after outdoor activities. There is potential for noise from the unit above but we ask all residents to observe quiet hours from 10pm to 6am weekdays and 11pm to 9am weekends. (not suitable for kids under 10).

We are half a block from Battery Park, with live, open-air concerts on Thursday evenings during summer. You'll have the apartment to yourself.
